With the aim of creating more direct contact with its customers, as well as more specialized attention and service, Yamaha abandons sales through multi-brand spaces to market its products only at official points of sale.
Yamaha set us a challenge: to innovate and to manage the project both globally and locally.
The key points that allowed us to improve profitability were to improve the production, packaging and logistics.
Project management was also key to this Project: we created a multidisciplinary team directed by a single interlocutor with a global visión who controlled all the necessary actions to implement the concept guaranteeing the delivery according to the established plan.
