A truly comprehensive project, in which we carried out everything from retail consulting and concept design to the installation of its new flagships.

For this project, we conducted an audit of the current state of the bank's branches and the way they work internally and with customers. We analysed and proposed new internal working formulas, as well as a new way of serving customers, more adapted to the current situation.

Deutsche Bank new concept was to evolve its “relationship banking” to “reference banking”: we went from only functional spaces between manager-client to spaces in which the smallest aesthetic and functional detail has been taken care of.

We defined the plans and layouts with the different areas, we chose all the materials, we designed all the furniture to measure and we determined the visual communication both inside and on the façade.

We decided which contract furniture was best suited to the design and prescribed it, as well as the technical and decorative lighting. Finally, we defined which technology would suit and meet the client's needs.

In addition, to facilitate the project's progress at a national level and its internationalisation, we produced 3 Store Brand Manuals which are and will be key to the correct dissemination of the new image of Deutsche Bank's offices.
