Project Managers are the focal point of the whole Retail project. The technical and operational liaison between the client and the production and logistics centers.
They are indispensable experts in the execution of global projects for brands and retailers, since they coordinate all the processes and liaisons, ensuring that the guidelines, qualities, time frames and costs are in line with the plan.
To this end, our teams are distributed in two layers: global and local. An organization that facilitates the flow of information and, thus, project control.
