HMY renews the Social Responsibility of Aragon seal

HMY, the international leader in global services and innovation for retail, has announced the renewal for another year of the certification issued by the Aragonese Development Institute regarding Corporate Social Responsibility: the RSA (Social Responsibility of Aragon) seal. Against this backdrop, the company has also managed to adhere to the RSA+ seal, a recognition that only 14 companies from a total of 585 participating organisations have obtained. This achievement reinforces RSA certification around four specific pillars: work/life balance, volunteering and collaboration with entities and NGOs, equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the promotion of culture in Aragon.

In this regard, HMY is committed to supporting its development with a strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility that, together with transparency and ethics, guarantees sustainable growth focused on respect for the environment and people.

For Javier Rey, ESG & Quality Group Manager of HMY, “This recognition is an important impetus for our corporate responsibility policies, which undoubtedly ensure and drive the company’s long-term growth. Our commitment to society and the environment is reflected in the recent launch of our strategic plan for 2020, where sustainability becomes a fundamental pillar for the group.

Commitment to society and the environment

HMY’s commitment to society lies in the application of innovative processes aimed at creating solutions that are more efficient. A goal that is based on five pillars on which the company is currently built: customer satisfaction, concern for the people who make up HMY, goal orientation, being a global group and, of course, sustainability. These values have guided the company’s performance in each one of the places where it operates.

Consequently, it has found an opportunity to reaffirm its commitment and continue working to advance essential aspects for HMY as a company, such as human resources, employability, training actions, the environment and sustainability.
