The HMY Group, has acquired the company New Store Europe Polska, subsidiary of one of the main suppliers of the shopfitting industry in Northern Europe, New Store Europe.
This acquisition allows HMY to accelerate its development in Poland and Central Europe, in line with its strategic axes. This company has an estimated turnover of 8M€ for 2014, 30 employees and plays a major role in the local market.
This union allows important commercial and industrial synergies to be created with other entities within the HMY Group based in Europe and Turkey.

On 19th and 20th November, HMY, together with the new team from Poland, participated in the Warsaw RetailShow where the most representative products were displayed.
