Named “He Ma Xian sheng” and placed in Shanghai (China), this new commercial space is oriented towards the customer’s shopping experience. The architecture of the zones and sections has been designed in order to help and speed up the selection of the products. From the 4500sqm of commercial surface, 80% is allocated to food and it includes a new system of automatic logistics that allows the online products to be transported up to the checkout area quicker and easier. This project has been developed by a multidisciplinary team in HMY YongGuan in China with the involvement of the industrial design engineering teams, graphic design teams, production and assembly teams, and the Project Manager. They have all contributed to converting this space into a reference for all the other implementations of the Alibaba Group.
