Project Managers are the focal point of the whole Retail project. The technical and operational liaison between the client and the production and logistics centres.
They are indispensable experts in the execution of global projects for brands and retailers, since they coordinate all the processes and liaisons, ensuring that the guidelines, qualities, time frames and costs are in line with the plan.
To this end, our teams are distributed in two layers: global and local. An organisation that facilitates the flow of information and, thus, project control.
The mission of every HMY Project Manager is to be the global brand guardian, not only to coordinate our teams and ensure the highest possible standard of quality, but also to facilitate communication with our client’s liaisons.
