Project Managers are the focal point of the whole Retail project. The technical and operational liaison between the client and the production and logistics centres.

They are indispensable experts in the execution of global projects for brands and retailers, since they coordinate all the processes and liaisons, ensuring that the guidelines, qualities, time frames and costs are in line with the plan.

To this end, our teams are distributed in two layers: global and local. An organisation that facilitates the flow of information and, thus, project control.

Analysis

We define the scope of the project, detect complexities and determine the necessary scalability factors. We also estimate procurements, costs and time frames.

Planning

We coordinate every stage to fulfil the global project objectives: design, engineering, procurement, logistics and installation, offering our clients a seamless service.

Integration

Of all fittings: internal, external, national and international. One of the Project Managers’ priorities is for every person involved to understand and work towards a common goal: quality without delays.

Monitoring

Through continuous monitoring and reports, we guarantee that costs will stay within the agreed budget. Monitoring that facilitates the fulfilment of objectives and proposed improvements.

Delivery and assessment

Each project delivery is accompanied by a final report which allows our clients to evaluate the achievement of the objectives and jointly consolidate the next stages and their optimisation.

The mission of every HMY Project Manager is to be the global brand guardian, not only to coordinate our teams and ensure the highest possible standard of quality, but also to facilitate communication with our client’s liaisons.
